Frequently asked questions
Are you trying to sell me something?
No. CSIA doesn't sell, design or install solar or battery systems. We identify potential and start a conversation - that's what we do - until you ask us to talk more . . .
Why did you contact me specifically?
We use independent site data to screen commercial buildings for solar and battery potential. If your building showed strong, evidence-based potential, that's why you heard from us — not because your details were bought or sold as part of a general marketing list.
What does a "concept-level conversation" actually mean?
It means talking through what we found, in plain terms, with no expectation that it leads anywhere. No proposal, no quote, no commitment — just a conversation about whether it's worth exploring further.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. The initial screening, the summary we share, and the conversation itself are all free, and there's no obligation to take anything further.
How can you assess my building without visiting it?
We use desktop site-intelligence data — things like roof area, orientation, and published grid capacity data — to produce an early, evidence-graded estimate. It's a starting point, not a survey, and we're always clear about what's been estimated versus confirmed.
Who's behind CSIA?
CSIA is an independent introducer working in the UK commercial solar and battery storage space.
What happens if I'm not interested?
Nothing. There's no follow-up pressure or repeated contact — if it's not useful to you, that's a perfectly good outcome.
If I do want to go further, who actually does the work?
CSIA doesn't deliver projects itself. If a conversation leads somewhere, we can arrange for you to talk to an experienced installer who will conduct a thorough site survey and report back to you with formal design parameters. We can review these with you and plan accordingly!
